By participating in HomeCircle, you agree to engage with neighbors respectfully. The platform is designed for sharing RERA construction updates, tower decisions, audits, and resident reviews. Harassment, abuse, or spreading unverified rumors is not permitted.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any text, reviews, or messages you publish on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant HomeCircle a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content to other members inside your community circle. Moderators reserve the right to remove content that violates guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or sales promotion without authorization.
• Publishing spam, duplicates, or external promotional links.
• Impersonating developers, RERA officials, or tower representatives.
• Posting inappropriate, toxic, or abusive reviews.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

HomeCircle reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban account profiles that violate these Terms or represent security threats. Decisions made by moderators are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeCircle is a peer-to-peer community sharing utility. We do not guarantee construction timelines, builder performance, or the accuracy of RERA timeline updates published by developers. Homebuyers must use their own discretion when making financial decisions.

8. User-Generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer

HomeCircle acts as an open venue for community discussions, ratings, and reviews. We do not endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or assume liability for any user-generated content (UGC) posted on the platform. Any reliance on UGC is at your own risk. Users are prohibited from posting defamatory, illegal, false, or infringing material, and HomeCircle reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
